About McPherson Construction.

McPherson Construction LLC is a concrete contractor headquartered in Yoncalla, Oregon. We pour residential and light-commercial concrete across Douglas County and the southern end of Lane County, and we have been doing it the same way since day one.

What we believe

Concrete work is honest work. You can see whether it was done right. You can see whether the base was prepped. You can see whether the joints were cut on schedule. You can see whether the slope drains. A driveway poured well looks the same forty years in as it did the day we finished it.

That is the whole pitch. We are not selling a brand, a finance plan, or a software platform. We are selling concrete poured the way it is supposed to be poured. The work is the proof.

What we are not

We are not the cheapest concrete contractor in the Umpqua Valley. A bid that underprices the work also underbuilds the slab, and that costs the homeowner two to three times the original savings inside ten years. If price is the only criterion, we are probably not the right call.

We are also not the biggest. We are not pouring industrial slabs in Portland or the kind of high-rise foundation work that fills a crew schedule for six months. We pour driveways, patios, foundations, slabs, and stamped work for homeowners and small builders in the valley. That is the lane, and we are good at it.

How we run the business

Free quotes, always. Written line items, every time. Real timelines, not marketing timelines. A signed contract before any work starts. A deposit that covers materials, not the whole job. A final invoice when the walk-through is done and you have signed off.

Phone calls returned. Emails returned. Texts returned. If we are on a pour, we will get back to you when the trowels are down. We do not run an answering service or a sales department because we are the answering service and the sales department.
