Process
How a job runs, start to finish.
Every concrete job we pour follows the same eight-step sequence. No vague proposals, no surprise charges, no chasing us down for updates.
- Step 01
You call or fill out the quote form
Tell us the project type, the address, and a rough size. We confirm we serve the area and check the calendar against what you are hoping for. If we cannot do the job, we say so on the phone.
- Step 02
We come to the property
Site walks are free. We measure the area, look at the subgrade, check the access for the trucks, and ask what you actually want the slab to do. Five-minute job to forty-five-minute job depending on the scope.
- Step 03
Written quote with line items
Within a few days you get a real quote in writing. Every line is broken out: prep, base depth, slab thickness, reinforcement, finish, joints, sealing, cleanup. No "labor and materials" lump sums. You can compare it apples-to-apples with anyone else.
- Step 04
Sign, schedule, deposit
When you are ready, we sign a written contract, take a deposit, and book a date. We tell you the realistic weather window and the cure schedule before any concrete is mixed.
- Step 05
Site prep and forms
We excavate, install base, set forms, and place rebar or mesh per the spec. We schedule the foundation inspection if the job requires one. Before the truck shows up, everything is verified, including the grade and the slope.
- Step 06
Pour day
Concrete arrives, we place it, screed it, float it, joint it, and finish it in one continuous workflow. Most residential pours are done in a day. Larger jobs run two to three.
- Step 07
Cure and seal
We control the cure for the first seven days, return for joint sealing where it applies, and apply sealer on decorative work. You can drive on it carefully after seven days, full strength at twenty-eight.
- Step 08
Walk-through and final
Before we leave the property, we walk the job with you. Anything you want adjusted, we adjust. The job is done when you say it is done. Final invoice on completion.
Step one
Get a quote going.
The whole process starts with a phone call or a form submission. Both are free, both take five minutes.
