Roseburg is the bulk of our residential workload. From the older neighborhoods around Stewart Park and Mill-Pine, to the newer subdivisions off Garden Valley, to the rural properties out toward Melrose and Lookingglass, we have poured concrete across most of the city and out into the surrounding hills.
What we know about working in Roseburg
Roseburg sits on a mix of valley loam and clay subgrade depending on where you are. The east side of town toward the river is different from the west-side hill properties, and we prep the base accordingly. We know which neighborhoods need a deeper aggregate base and which ones can pour over native soil with a standard prep.
What we pour here
In Roseburg we run a steady mix of driveway replacements (a lot of the older homes have failing 1970s slabs), patios for backyard additions, foundations for ADUs and home additions, and stamped concrete for the newer-build homes in the south-side developments.
