What we collect

When you fill out our quote request form or call us, we collect the contact information and project details you provide: name, phone number, email address, project address, project type, timeline, and any notes you include. We collect this for the sole purpose of contacting you back about your project.

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) that does not set cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. Aggregate page-view counts are all we see.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties. We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent. We do not use your information for retargeting advertising.

Retention

Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to handle the project. If you ask us to delete your record, we do.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your information, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it, by emailing us at bmcpherson.construction@gmail.com.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will update the date above and post the change on this page.
