Sutherlin is a regular run for us. Twenty minutes from Yoncalla, twenty minutes from Roseburg, and a town with a lot of mid-size residential lots, mobile home parks, and outlying rural acreage. The mix of jobs is everything from a 200-square-foot patio to a full shop slab on five acres.
What we know about working in Sutherlin
A lot of Sutherlin properties have a long driveway off Old Highway 99 or one of the rural roads. We do partial concrete approaches and full-length driveways depending on what makes sense for the property. Sutherlin city work follows the same sidewalk and right-of-way spec as Roseburg.
