Drain sits at the north end of our home territory and we work it regularly. The town itself is small, but the surrounding rural area runs from the I-5 corridor west toward Elkton and the coast range. Long driveways, big slabs, real working properties.
What we know about working in Drain
Highway 38 is the main connection west from Drain to Elkton and beyond. A lot of Drain properties are on hill ground or in the rolling foothills, and the soil shifts a lot in a short distance. We prep the base for the specific site.
What we pour here
Common Drain jobs: rural driveway pours, shop and barn slabs, RV pads, foundation work, and concrete approaches off the county roads. Highway 38 work follows ODOT approach permit requirements.
